Warranty

Rakuda Corporation warrants only that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days after purchase, when properly used and maintained. The buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to return of the purchase price or replacement of the product. Except as specifically provided herein, there are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
