Final Adjustment

To use Releaf™ hold it out in front of you with the chin indentation on top and the Velcro® strap on your left.

Wrap Releaf™ around your neck and overlap the Velcro® ends in the back to fasten. Adjust the Velcro® closure to fit Releaf™ around your neck. Make sure you can easily insert both index fingers between Releaf™ and your neck. You must leave enough room to breathe normally and feel comfortable.

Place a finger on each side of the chin indentation and center Releaf™ under your chin.

Pull the lower edge down to fit comfortably. After Releaf™ has been adjusted, you will feel a slight lifting of your head. This will ensure that Releaf™ works effectively to support the weight of your head.
